I’ve just ordered some pictures, when will I receive them? We get your requests automatically, at that very moment our team will begin to print your photos. But the final product will arrive in about one to two weeks. We will contact you by phone so you can come and pick them up.

I really love a photo I bought from you, can I purchase a bigger size and perhaps with some editing? Yes, any pictures we took at your event are all stored in a high resolution format. So you can contact us for reprints at any time and we will be glad to assist you.
I would like to erase the imperfections on my photo, how much will it cost? Editing varies from photo to photo depending on level of manipulation.
